This role is for you. As the Junior Product Owner for Salesforce at Global, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our Salesforce ecosystem supports new markets and teams around the world. You’ll collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, change managers, and the wider Global tech team to ensure our Salesforce platform scales efficiently, aligns with local needs, and drives measurable impact across the business. 3 best things about the job: You will play a key role in the international expansion of Salesforce Sales Cloud, supporting Global’s ambitious growth into new markets. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams across the business - from commercial to technology - to design scalable, localised solutions. You’ll join a passionate, forward-thinking Product team transforming the way Global operates on a global scale. Measures of success: In the first few months, you would have: Understood Global’s sales operations end-to-end and developed a clear view of how Salesforce supports growth across existing and new markets. Mapped out key requirements and dependencies for Sales Cloud internationalisation and contributed to a clear implementation roadmap. Built strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Change Management, Marketing, Tech, and local market teams. Taken ownership of the discovery, implementation and full lifecycle, facilitating planning, refinement, demos and other ceremonies. Responsibilities of the role: Partner with the Salesforce Product Owner to define and execute the internationalisation strategy for Sales Cloud. Develop a deep understanding of the needs, regulations, and nuances of each new market, translating them into actionable requirements. Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, delivery, change management, and local market teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption. Ensure alignment between business goals, Salesforce capabilities, and Global’s broader technology strategy. Prioritise effectively to deliver maximum value across multiple markets while managing complexity and dependencies. Document, communicate, and evangelise best practices for Salesforce adoption across markets. • • Collaborate closely within the wider Product team, fostering continuous improvement by understanding cross-team impacts and identifying the process changes needed to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions. What you will need: The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering scalable solutions. You’ll bring: Basic knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its configuration, data model, and integrations. Understanding of product management best practices and agile ways of working. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams. A data-driven approach to decision-making. Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
