The Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly agile, and results-driven Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic Brand Creative team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director and partnering closely with Marketing leadership, you will be the critical link that transforms strategic goals into world-class creative execution across our entire brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As the central hub for the Brand Creative team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of high-impact creative projects, including:

Project Leadership & Management

  • Own the creative production lifecycle from initial brief through to final asset delivery across all brand initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine efficient project workflows and delivery structures for the in-house team.
  • Manage complex project timelines, scope, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring milestones and critical deadlines are consistently met.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Act as the primary interface between the Brand Creative team and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Gaming, Music, Distribution, and Production).
  • Exceptional collaborator capable of building strong rapport and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to align on creative strategy and project goals.
  • Manage the procurement and onboarding of external creative vendors and freelancers, overseeing contracts, budgets, and deliverables.

Creative Governance & Execution

  • Ensure all final deliverables adhere strictly to brand guidelines, technical specifications (tech specs), and quality standards.
  • Facilitate efficient asset management, maintaining and organising final files in central, accessible repositories (e.g., Dropbox).
  • Possess meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading competency to guarantee flawless execution of all creative outputs.

Scope of Projects Managed

This role oversees a diverse portfolio of creative assets and campaigns, including:

  • Full Launch Marketing Campaigns (e.g. title treatments, key art development, sizzle reels).
  • Strategic Brand Identity and logo development projects.
  • Physical production for Event Design and high-quality print materials.
  • Digital asset creation, including Website Development , AVOD channel assets, and digital media production.

What You Will Bring (Required Experience & Skills)

  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally within a fast-paced in-house creative studio or creative agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) through the entire creative development process.
  • Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with direct experience using Monday.com and asset management via Dropbox.
  • Highly organised with strong skills in scoping, detailed timeline scheduling, resource planning , and financial tracking.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects concurrently, and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • A strong understanding of creative production processes and the specific lead times required for design, video, and digital asset production.
