Legionella Risk Assessor – £34000-£38000 + Van (private use) + Benefits

COVERING WEST LONDON

With new contracts starting in April, my client a health and safety organisation with a UK wide coverage has the opportunity to grow their Southern team further.

Established over 20 years ago, they only focus on commercial sites and encourage all their staff to be multi skilled, enabling employees to pick up qualifications in a range of areas including fire risk and occupational health.

They currently require a Legionella Risk Assessor to work on commercial sites in the West London area, carrying out inspections of water systems including hot and cold-water systems, tanks and cooling towers.

Other duties will include

* Writing detailed risk assessment reports

* Recommending future works

* Ensure sites are compliant to ACoP L8 and HSG274

* Creating schematic drawings

To apply for the Legionella Risk Assessor role, the following experience is required

* 4+ years’ experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor

* Hold industry recognised qualifications in Risk Assessing

* Full driving license

* DBS checked (enhanced preferred)

The Legionella Risk Assessor will work on sites including education, health care, retail, hotels, gyms, offices and large commercial settings, contracts are carefully planned out enabling staff to complete work within their allotted working week and all staff have the option of overtime.

Training as outlined is offered to all staff, no emergency call out is required and other benefits include – car, phone, laptop, team bonus and company discount scheme plus the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
