Site – Erith
Shift pattern – Continental's, 12-hour days & nights
In your new role as our Production Team Leader, you will play a vital role overseeing and supporting a smooth and efficient production process within our Erith bakery. This role is not based behind a desk, instead you’ll be required on the factory floor, working shoulder to shoulder with your team. This is a very hands-on, inspiring role and having the skills to motivate your team whilst working alongside them to achieve their best, is absolutely key.
This position requires you to be proactive and engaging, whilst ensuring collaboration with Production Managers and other departments are met. Having an eye for detail should come naturally to you. This will assist with the leading and coaching of the production team whilst ensuring adherence to company and legal standards including safety, hygiene, quality, and delivery, supporting our production lines and stepping in to support our Front Line Managers in our drive for continuous improvement.
The Key Requirements...
1 year of experience within a similar production supervisory, team leader or managerial role
Manufacturing experience
Health & Safety Awareness
