Location: 100 Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars, London
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Job Introduction
We’re currently recruiting a Barista to join our team at Unilever 100ve , part of the UK Corporate Services segment at Sodexo. If you’re a skilled and enthusiastic coffee professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant workplace.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and hot beverages.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked coffee station and service area.
Operate the till and handle all transactions accurately.
Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards at all times.
Support the wider catering team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal Candidate
Previous barista experience is essential, preferably in a busy commercial or corporate environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
