Mechanical Project Manager - West London
18+ Month Contract | c. £400 per day CIS | Major Commercial Fit-Out (£15M M&E Package)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the industry's most innovative MEPH contractors, delivering a high-profile commercial fit-out project in West London. You'll take the lead on a £12M mechanical package as part of a £25M M&E delivery.
As Mechanical Project Manager , you will:
Bring 5+ years' experience in Building Services / Mechanical project management
Hold a relevant mechanical / building services qualification
Report directly to the Project Director
Provide technical leadership as part of an established and highly skilled project team
Help drive successful delivery on a prestigious, fast-paced scheme
