The Role
A warm and professional family with homes in Notting Hill and the Cotswolds are seeking an experienced, proactive, and engaging Nanny to provide care for their two children, aged 8 and 9.

The children are highly creative and enjoy art, building, and imaginative role play — the nanny should be someone who encourages these interests and joins in enthusiastically.
The Nanny will also play a key role in reinforcing routines, manners, and positive habits, while supporting academic development, including preparation for 11+ exams.

- Liaise with household staff across both residences to ensure smooth transitions
- Prepare, pack, and oversee logistics when travelling or moving between homes
- Confidently run the household in relation to the children when parents are away
- Travel with the family in the UK and abroad when required

- Calm, kind, and fun with a natural ability to connect with children
- Energetic and sporty – enjoys swimming, outdoor play, walks, playgrounds, and skiing (skiing a bonus)
- Creative and imaginative – enjoys arts, crafts, and engaging role play
- Highly organised and tidy in personal approach and managing children’s routines
- Consistent in reinforcing manners, boundaries, and routines in a gentle yet firm way
- Familiar with the 11+ process and confident supporting academic learning
- Safe and confident driver – automatic car provided during working hours
- Spanish-speaking desirable but not essential
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with parents and household staff
- Confident to step up and manage independently when required
Additional Information
- One child has Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH). The Nanny will oversee daily oral medication and, in rare cases, may need to administer an emergency injection. Full training and clear medical protocols will be provided
