BMS Service Engineer
BMS Field Service Engineer London & South East An established Building Management Systems specialist is looking to recruit a BMS Field Service Engineer to join its growing service team. This is a mobile field-based role supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across London and the South East. It suits a self-motivated engineer who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive service team. The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of BMS systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown call-outs
- Completing remedial works and minor upgrades
- Supporting upgrades, panel modifications, and some commissioning
- Producing accurate service reports
- Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency
- Acting as a key point of contact on selected client sites
- Participation in an on-call rota
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within the BMS industry
- Previous experience in a service-based engineering role
- Strong knowledge of at least one BMS platform
- Good communication and IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Based within or close to the M25
- Competitive salary (DOE)
