Employment Type: Full Time, TemporaryDepartment: MarketingNumber of Positions: 1Join Us as our Marketing Technology Project Leader II (12-month fixed-term contract) ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for an experienced Project Leader II (Marketing Technology) to join the UK & Ireland Project Management Office. This role will play a key part in the implementation and adoption of strategic Marketing Technology capabilities that enhance how IKEA connects with customers through more personalised, data-driven experiencesWorking across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and business teams, you will bring deep Marketing Technology experience to a major transformation initiative. You will help oversee the effective implementation and embedding of enterprise MarTech capabilities, supporting improved customer journeys, campaign automation, personalisation and marketing effectiveness.This is a specialist Marketing Technology leadership role sitting within a wider project delivery model. You will work in close partnership with the assigned Project Manager, who will oversee the overall project delivery approach, governance, planning, and controls. In this role, you will provide the specialist MarTech leadership needed to ensure the technology is implemented and adopted effectively from a business and domain perspective WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise Marketing Technology platforms within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem Extensive experience in AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform or similar enterprise MarTech platforms Solid understanding of CRM, customer journeys, audience strategy, personalisation and marketing automation Experience working across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and external implementation partners in complex delivery environments. Good understanding of MarTech architecture, integrations and customer data platforms. Experience supporting implementation through to business readiness, adoption and handover, not only technical delivery. Ability to introduce external best practice and question existing ways of working constructively Solid stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills Ability to translate marketing needs into technology-enabled outcomes. WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY TO DAY: Manage the business-facing implementation of enterprise MarTech capabilities, with particular focus on Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform, as applicable Translate marketing goals and customer experience goals into practical, technology-enabled solutions and priorities Work across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and business teams to support implementation and adoption. Help shape and enable audience segmentation, personalised journeys, trigger-based communications and omnichannel campaign delivery. Partner with external implementation partners, system integrators and vendors to support effective delivery Support business readiness activity including training, adoption, hypercare and operational handover. Bring external best practice to improve campaign effectiveness, automation, personalisation and speed to market. Starting Salary from 50,000.00 per annum. Internal Secondment: In line with secondment principles, any salary increase will be paid as a responsibility allowance. The amount decided is dependent on the selected candidates current base salary and their demonstrated skills for the role. Full-Time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Service Office Principles Working: 12 days workplace presence, of which 8 must be in the Service Office, with the remaining 4 in the individuals nearest unit.
