The Property Practice

The property team is headed up by an ex-City lawyer who has built a thriving practice and is committed to the continued development of the team. You'll have access to excellent support from colleagues across the department and wider firm, creating an ideal environment to progress your career.The practice has an established reputation for advising on both residential and commercial transactions, often with private client crossover. Typical matters include:Residential sales and purchases, including leasehold transactions and high-value London propertyTransfers of ownership, remortgages, and lease extensionsCommercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasesProbate property sales, liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and the private client teamDrafting and advising on Declarations of Trust in relation to co-ownership, family contributions, and estate planningManaging lender compliance and accreditations such as CQS, Lenders Exchange, and LMS

The Opportunity

This is a senior role where you will take the lead on complex property transactions, manage client relationships, and work closely with the head of department to shape the future growth of the practice.
