English-speaking Nanny, Job ID J1EB7D
This lovely family based in Hackney, London, is looking for a Full-time Nanny to care for their lovely baby and toddler. All general nanny duties are required for this role. The ideal candidate will be gentle, attentive, and proactive, as well as incredibly reliable and adaptable to changing routines once the new baby arrives. Someone creative with activities, encouraging of outdoor play, and respectful of the children’s autonomy would be a perfect fit. The family has a medium-sized dog, so the candidate must be comfortable around pets. Occasional worldwide travel (0–1 week) may be required. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Duties include:
- preparing milk
- organising the children’s daily schedule
- changing nappies
- cleaning and sterilising bottles
- setting up nap routine
- washing and dressing the children
- playing with the children
- taking track of the children’s development and updating the parents
- making sure the children are always safe and happy
- maintaining a clean environment for the children
- doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
