Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in digital databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and systems accurately
- Review data for errors or missing information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Generate reports when required
- Communicate with team members regarding data updates
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and Phone / laptop
