As a Salesforce Developer at Hyde, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing and maintaining new and existing features across Hyde s Salesforce and Contact Centre platform. You will work closely with business representatives, IT colleagues and scrum teams to translate user stories into high-quality Salesforce solutions that support effective service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Duties

• Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in line with Salesforce best practice.
• Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, limitations and implementation plans.
• Carry out unit, integration and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex and integrations.

As a Salesforce Developer we re seeking someone who can bring:

• Proven Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong technical capability in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and process automation.
• A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles and profiles.
• Experience of CI/CD tools, deployment processes and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
• The ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, communicate technical information clearly and contribute proactively within scrum teams.

Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications would be preferred. Experience with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud would be beneficial but is not essential.
