Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating the Upper Key Stage 2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the curriculum.

- Mentoring and supporting colleagues to enhance their teaching practice and improve student outcomes.
- Contributing to whole-school initiatives and strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and maintain our outstanding status.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record of success in teaching Upper Key Stage 2.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning, with a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
