OverviewAt Arthur J. Gallagher, we provide an outstanding opportunity for a high-reaching and technically astute Tax Adviser or Tax Lawyer to join our market-leading team. This role is ideal for those looking to bring to bear their tax expertise and commercial abilities in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Situated in the heart of London, UK, you'll be part of a world-class team with a global platform.
How you'll make an impact- Lead and service Gallagher clients while building and maintaining a client book.
- Interface directly with clients, advisers, and insurers to cultivate positive relationships.
- Apply business competence to achieve outcomes for clients within deal timelines.
- Understand tax technical analysis to support client engagements without undertaking the analysis.
- Confirmed experience in tax advisory or tax law, with a preference for those with Private Equity and M&A experience.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for lawyers.
- Strong background in deal/M&A tax teams is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional role.
