Solicitor- Spinal Cord Injury

Themis Recruit
London

A unique opportunity to make a real difference

Our clients mission is simple: to help their clients navigate life’s challenges and opportunities—whether personal or professional—with expert legal support and genuine care.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a specialist legal team formed through a partnership with the spinal cord injury charity, Aspire . Together, they deliver first-class legal expertise alongside life-changing support for individuals who have suffered spinal cord injuries due to accidents or medical negligence.

As a Solicitor (or Legal Executive ), you will:

  • Manage your own caseload of spinal cord injury claims, including personal injury and, in time, medical negligence matters.

  • Support senior solicitors on high-value, complex claims.

  • Develop expertise in a niche, highly impactful area of law with full support and guidance.

  • Contribute to a compassionate, high-performing team that is transforming lives through legal excellence.

  • Benefit from extensive professional development opportunities as you grow your profile within this specialist area.

  • Work flexibly – most of our lawyers enjoy a hybrid home/office working model that supports wellbeing and balance.

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive , ideally with experience in high-value medical negligence claims.

  • Experience or interest in personal injury work, especially spinal cord injury claims (desirable but not essential—training provided).

  • A proactive, collaborative approach—you’re someone who’s ready to get stuck in and contribute to a close-knit team.

  • Flexibility—we’re open to discussing working patterns that support your lifestyle.

You’ll be part of a firm that genuinely values people-first thinking , teamwork, innovation, and meaningful impact.

Benefits

  • 28 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays)

  • Private medical insurance

  • Income protection & life assurance

  • Firmwide bonus scheme
