Are you passionate about fine food and wine and ready to join a five-star luxury service team? Rocco Forte Hotels invites you to become a Commis Waiter/Waitress at Charlie's Restaurant, Brown's.
In this role, you'll assist the Chef de Rang and Head Waiter in delivering flawless service to our discerning guests, ensuring a world-class dining experience. Working with our expert team, led by Restaurant Director Ben Matthews, you'll thrive in a high-pressure fine dining environment. You'll be eager to learn, adaptable, and present a warm first impression while maintaining discreet, high standards of service. With support for your professional growth, your dedication and commitment will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
