We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to join our team within a busy contract catering environment.

You will be at the heart of our operation, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for staff, clients and visitors. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, enjoys working as part of a team and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with daily staff dining and hospitality services.
• Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain clean, tidy and well-presented dining and service areas.
• Replenish food counters, displays and service stations.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with dietary and allergen information.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are cleaned and reset throughout service.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support the wider catering team during busy service periods.
• Assist with meetings, events and hospitality functions when required.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or catering is desirable.
