LT Talent have partnered with a premium consumer brand operating within the beauty and wellness space.
The brand works closely with leading department stores, specialist retailers, spas, TV shopping channels and global partners.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Coordinator – International to manage the day-to-day running of a portfolio of retail, spa, TV shopping and international distributor accounts , while supporting the wider commercial team through strong sales operations and coordination.
This role plays a key part in driving sales performance through operational excellence , acting as the central link between their London head office, warehouse, retail partners, spas, TV shopping channels and global distributors.
The position combines commercial account management with sales administration and operational support.
It is ideally suited to someone from account management, sales administration, sales operations, supply chain support or retail head office background who is ready to take greater ownership of accounts and build a long-term commercial career within a premium consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Commercial Support
- Manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of retail, spa, TV shopping and international distributor accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for account queries, ensuring a responsive and professional service.
- Support account performance by monitoring sales trends, stock levels and order patterns, proactively identifying replenishment needs and opportunities to protect revenue.
- Build strong working relationships with retail partners, store teams and external stakeholders to support brand visibility and sales performance.
Sales Operations & Administration
- Support the Sales team with end-to-end sales administration, including order processing, tracking open orders, back orders and returns.
- Accurately enter sales orders into internal systems and ensure timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders and resolution of delivery issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate customer, account and sales data.
- Assist with sales reporting, stock analysis and inventory management.
Retail Support
- Coordinate the setup and ongoing management of retail accounts, including completion of New Line Forms (NLFs) ensuring all information is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
- Maintain clear, well-organised records across contracts, order forms, NLFs and supporting documentation to enable efficient account management.
- Oversee in-store stock levels and merchandising standards, working closely with store teams to ensure product availability and brand presentation.
About You
- Experience in an account management, sales administration, sales operations, supply chain support or retail head office role.
- Proven experience working with retailer or distributor accounts , sales orders and stock management.
- Confident managing account activity while supporting a wider commercial team.
- Experience using CRM systems and working with sales data.
- Background in beauty, FMCG, retail or consumer goods (highly desirable).
- Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how strong operations drive sales growth.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across office, warehouse and retail environments.
- Passion for retail, sales and premium consumer brands.
