Assist Control Centre and Controllers with roadside route management.

Meet service delivery standards and exceed Minimum Performance Standards on all TfL contracts for Arriva London.

• Work with the Control Centre Managers & Controllers to develop a high-performance culture

• Supporting day to day service control strategies through roadside.

• Service improvement investigation, recommendation, and implementation.

• To work closely with the Senior Controllers to deliver on route performance forecasts and targets

• Improve processes and develop efficiencies

• Deliver the best outcome for London’s passengers and business outcomes.

• Cover colleagues when absent and when required to ensure adequate coverage.

• Submit Bus Running Records (BRR) on a daily basis to Senior Controllers.

• At each point, take ownership of Health & Safety and the performance of drivers and services.

• Knowledge of TfL Bus control processes

• TfL Bus network and Bus Action Plan

• Detailed knowledge of the area route networks & garages

• Supervise the driver teams on services at allocated locations

• Health & Safety compliance

• Exceed Minimum Performance Standard for all operated TfL routes.

• Meet budget expectations for staff costs and QIC revenue.

• Successful internal and external audits

• Maintain a cooperative relationship with Transport for London (NCC and Station Controllers)

• Support ibus Controllers and Senior Controller Team to improve QICs and EWTs.
