Salary: £27,000 with OTE of £37,000 to £45,000

Huggins Stuart Edwards are actively seeking a new Commercial Property Agent to join our busy team and assist in building the already well-established business.

We are looking for candidates with keen negotiating skills who are positive, driven, & capable of working on their own initiative

Commercial Property Agent - Responsibilities

Assist in managing existing client instructions.
Accompany applicants on viewings.
Negotiate terms on lettings, sales and acquisitions of all types of commercial property.
Manage transactions through to exchange and completion.
Assist in acquiring new clients and instructions on all types of commercial property.
Upsell additional services such as virtual, tours, floor plans and market appraisals.
Attend relevant networking or other promotional events to promote the business and build client/contact base.

Commercial Property Agent - Requirements/Desired Experience

Previous experience in handling property sales and/or lettings required.
A relevant undergraduate or post graduate qualification desired but not essential.
Adept with technology and familiar with CRM systems. Previous experience in handling social media platforms for businesses would also be desirable, but not essential.
Candidate must have their own car and a valid driver's license.
Candidate will ideally live within a 30-minute commute from both Epsom & Croydon.

Salary

Basic Annual Salary: £27,000 with OTE of £37,000 to £45,000
