A global, multisite organisation is working through a multi‑year finance transformation journey, reshaping how Finance, Shared Services, and compliance operations deliver value across their 30+ countries.
As part of the Global Finance Transformation team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and embedding new global operating models, process standards, and systems aligned to the organisation’s strategic roadmap. Working alongside senior leadership and stakeholders across Europe, the Americas, and APAC, you will help drive consistency, operational efficiency, and digital enablement across end‑to‑end finance processes. This is a high‑impact role suited to someone who thrives in complex, global environments and wants to shape the future of a modern finance organisation.

Essential
- Significant experience in finance transformation, process optimisation, or shared services within a global organisation.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A).
- Success delivering ERP transformation (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Credible stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to simplify complex challenges into clear solutions.
- Experience driving change across multiple regions or cultures.
- Influence in a major, global finance transformation programme.
- Exposure to senior leadership across multiple regions.
- Clear progression pathways into senior transformation or Finance leadership roles.
- Collaborative culture with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
