Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Excellence: Deliver the Music curriculum at KS3, GCSE, and A-Level (or IB), focusing on high-level analysis and sophisticated composition.

• Performance Leadership: Direct high-profile ensembles, such as the chamber choir, symphony orchestra, or jazz big band.

• Elite Mentorship: Provide guidance for students preparing for Oxbridge music scholarships or conservatoire auditions.
