Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motorsPackage Up to £54,000
Further training
Company pensionRequirements Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
18th Edition (Desirable)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
