Saturday Viewing Assistant
Role Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Richmond Sales team as a Saturday Viewing Assistant.
This role involves part time hours (Saturdays 9am-4pm), and requires a valid UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities
Meet prospective clients at the properties for viewings.
Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills' Representative.
Have a good understanding of the property market.
Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
To have knowledge & experience of Richmond and the surrounding area.

Confident dealing with clients and purchasers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to quickly build rapport.
