Event Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Manager to join the dynamic events team of a fantastic charity organisation in Central London.
Reporting directly to the Head of Events, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-profile awards ceremonies and independently managing a diverse range of events, from intimate panel discussions and virtual events to a major annual careers fair attracting over 1,000 attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end event planning and coordination
- Venue management and logistics
- Managing guest lists, budgets, and payments
- Overseeing event production
- Acting as the main point of contact on event day
- Managing exhibitors and stakeholders for large-scale events
What's on Offer:
- Office days Monday to Thursday with Fridays working from home
- Salary circa £38,000 DOE
- Start date: Mid-March
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in the TV or Media industry (not essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented
