About the role

We are not building another finance product. We are redefining how finance teams operate, moving from manual reactive work close to intelligent autonomous decisioning. This role sits at the heart of that shift. As a product manager in automated finance, you will help shape how AI data and workflow automation come together to eliminate friction in order to cash and unlock real-time financial intelligence. You will drive the product direction through customer insight, commercial impact and bold thinking.

About the team

What you will do

• Own the product as a business not just a roadmap driving adoption retention and measurable impact

• Get close to customers understand how finance teams actually operate where they struggle and wear automation breaks down.

• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with intelligent scalable workflow powered by AI and data

• Turn messy real-world financial operations into clear high impact product solutions

• Partner with sales and customer success to shape how we position and they are the product showing real value, not features

• Challenge assumptions continuously ask whether we are solving the right problem not just building correctly

• Contribute to a provision that moves finance from reporting the past to acting in real time

What we are looking for

• Product manager who takes ownership of outcomes with a high degree of agency not just delivery

• Experiencing finance payments or operational products (O2C, AR, billing, cash application)

• Ability to connect the dots between customer workflows data and automation opportunities

• A strong customer instinct can extract insight beyond what users explicitly say

• Commercial awareness understands how product drives revenue retention and growth

• Comfortable operating in MU and pushing forward without waiting for direction

We are not aiming to incrementally improve finance workflows. We are building toward the future world finance operates with intelligence automation and real time decision-making at its core.

What this is not

• This is not a backlog of management role

• This is not a purely internal product function

• This is not about shipping features. It's about changing how finance teams work.
