The Role – Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the English, Maths, and Science departments . You will work closely with teachers to help raise attainment, build student confidence, and ensure all pupils receive the academic support they need.
Key responsibilities include: - Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students across KS3 and KS4 in core subjects.
- Assisting with lesson planning, resource creation, and classroom organisation.
- Supporting pupils with GCSE preparation, particularly those aiming for top grades or needing additional help.
- Working alongside SEN and EAL staff to tailor support for individual learners.
- Encouraging student engagement, motivation, and participation both in and outside the classroom.
- Taking part in enrichment activities, academic clubs, or revision sessions.
Who We’re Looking For – Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant
