About Sanius Health

Sanius Health is one of the fastest-growing, award-winning platforms redefining patient-centred healthcare. We turn patient-generated data into clinical intelligence by integrating EHR records, wearable health metrics, real-time outcomes, socioeconomic data, and AI-driven predictive analytics.

Our core capability is translating complex data into insight that supports real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), clinical trial design, patient recruitment, and precision-led patient support programmes.

We are a recognised leader in haematology, oncology, and rare diseases, with a strong footprint in blood cancers and underserved populations. Our partnerships with NHS trusts, clinicians, and researchers ensure clinical excellence, scientific credibility, and measurable improvements in patient outcomes.

Our AI infrastructure enables early identification of clinical risk, smarter patient stratification, and proactive care planning. These capabilities help reduce unplanned hospitalisations and empower clinicians to make faster, more informed decisions.

Sanius delivers fully compliant, end-to-end support for patient support programmes, including digital monitoring and wraparound care engagement. From sickle cell disease to multiple myeloma, our platform is improving quality of life and reducing system burden at scale.

With the largest primary care footprint in the UK and data partnerships across more than 65 secondary care providers, Sanius Health is the definitive partner for those driving innovation in clinical research, patient care, and system-wide transformation.

We don’t just generate evidence, we turn real-time patient experience into strategic insight and better healthcare delivery.

About the Role

As Clinical Engagement and Patient-Centred Programmes Lead, you will join the senior management team and take a leading role in designing and delivering high-impact programmes at the intersection of research, patient care, and clinical innovation. You will work closely with our NHS partners and industry collaborators to ensure these programmes deliver both clinical value and real-world impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale nationally significant, patient-first programmes that bridge healthcare systems and research ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain trusted relationships with leading investigators, haematology specialists, and healthcare professionals across the NHS and beyond

· Co-design and deliver patient-centred programmes in collaboration with NHS stakeholders and industry partners

· Translate clinical and scientific insights into strategic actions, programme development, and impact measurement

· Support cross-functional meetings with insights, materials, and clinical guidance

· Provide clinical support for RWE studies, including feasibility assessments, site recommendations, staff education, recruitment strategies, and study dissemination

· Identify and develop new research and clinical collaboration opportunities

· Contribute to scientific initiatives, including registries, epidemiological research, and translational science aligned with corporate priorities

· Represent Sanius Health at national and international clinical events and thought leadership forums

Who You Are

· At least 7 years of clinical or patient-facing experience, ideally in haematology, oncology, or advanced therapies such as CAR-T and bispecifics

· A strong clinical network that complements and enhances Sanius Health’s reach

· Experience within the NHS is highly desirable, especially for those transitioning from junior doctor, clinical pharmacist, or specialist clinical roles

· Deep understanding of real-world patient engagement and care pathways

· Excellent communicator with confidence in delivering presentations and representing clinical insights to broad audiences

· Driven by research, publication, and delivering programmes that create measurable impact

· Comfortable with international travel and scientific conference participation

· Eager to work at pace, with purpose, and contribute to long-term value and success

What You Bring

· A bachelor’s, master’s, or professional degree in medicine, pharmacy, medical sciences, or a related scientific field

· Clinical and/or research experience in haematology, oncology, or related specialities

· The ability to interpret, translate, and present scientific data with clarity and conviction

· Demonstrated experience working with external stakeholders, including KOLs, research leads, and NHS partners

· Excellent collaboration, influence, and communication skills across teams

· Strong project management and strategic thinking ability

· Solid understanding of clinical development and good clinical practice (GCP)

Why Join Sanius

· Be part of a high-growth, patient-first company shaping the future of haematology and rare disease care

· Strategic influence and leadership in one of the UK’s most clinically integrated digital platforms

· Competitive compensation, including performance-based bonus and stock options

· Flexible working with international exposure and access to world-class partners

· Opportunities to lead research initiatives, publish, and shape national strategy
