Property Recruitment Consultant FM
Join InX Strat & Consulting as we further develop our Facilities Management (FM) recruitment practice. We are looking for motivated and experienced recruitment professionals keen to drive talent delivery and business growth within the property and FM sector. This opportunity is open to individuals with a background in contract or permanent FM recruitment, and who are committed to partnering with clients and candidates for long-term success. Roles are available across key UK locations, with hybrid and flexible working options.
Lead in Property & Facilities Management Recruitment across the UK
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FM and property management roles at all levels, from entry to executive appointments.
- Build strong relationships with property management and FM clients, ensuring consultative recruitment solutions that support their operational needs.
- Identify and engage high-calibre candidates in facilities management, property services, and specialist FM disciplines.
- Deliver market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping to advise clients and inform hiring decisions within property recruitment.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the FM and property recruitment team.
Professional Experience – Recruitment in Facilities Management & Property
- Proven experience in recruitment within facilities management or property sectors, ideally for contract or permanent hires.
- Demonstrable track record of placing FM professionals (soft services, hard services, building management, commercial property, or related roles).
- Knowledge of the UK FM/property market, including client expectations and talent trends.
- Experience liaising with a diverse client base, such as managing agents, landlords, occupiers, or service providers.
Key Skills – Talent Delivery & Relationship Management in FM Recruitment
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic approach to candidate sourcing, assessment, and presentation in the FM and property spheres.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork, client meetings, and candidate care.
