Lead in Property & Facilities Management Recruitment across the UK

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FM and property management roles at all levels, from entry to executive appointments.
• Build strong relationships with property management and FM clients, ensuring consultative recruitment solutions that support their operational needs.
• Identify and engage high-calibre candidates in facilities management, property services, and specialist FM disciplines.
• Deliver market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping to advise clients and inform hiring decisions within property recruitment.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the FM and property recruitment team.

Professional Experience – Recruitment in Facilities Management & Property

• Proven experience in recruitment within facilities management or property sectors, ideally for contract or permanent hires.
• Demonstrable track record of placing FM professionals (soft services, hard services, building management, commercial property, or related roles).
• Knowledge of the UK FM/property market, including client expectations and talent trends.
• Experience liaising with a diverse client base, such as managing agents, landlords, occupiers, or service providers.

Key Skills – Talent Delivery & Relationship Management in FM Recruitment

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic approach to candidate sourcing, assessment, and presentation in the FM and property spheres.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork, client meetings, and candidate care.
