This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join the team and support our GM at Faber, our award winning, 2 AA rosette restaurant. We’re looking for someone with the passion, drive, and creativity to run an outstanding venue with real autonomy - supported by a dynamic and experienced leadership team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a front of house and kitchen team of 20+ people

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor future leaders

  • Drive weekly sales targets upwards of £30k

  • Oversee stock control, procurement & cost management

  • Maintain exceptional guest service with a strong focus on sustainability and seasonality

  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and action improvements

  • Ensure the venue remains safe, clean, and welcoming at all times

What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a senior hospitality management role

  • Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional results
