Up to £50k OTE | £34k basic + service charge + bonus
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join the team and support our GM at Faber, our award winning, 2 AA rosette restaurant. We’re looking for someone with the passion, drive, and creativity to run an outstanding venue with real autonomy - supported by a dynamic and experienced leadership team.

Your key responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and manage a front of house and kitchen team of 20+ people
Recruit, develop, and mentor future leaders
Drive weekly sales targets upwards of £30k
Oversee stock control, procurement & cost management
Maintain exceptional guest service with a strong focus on sustainability and seasonality
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and action improvements
Ensure the venue remains safe, clean, and welcoming at all times

What we’re looking for
At least 3 years’ experience in a senior hospitality management role
Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional results
