Our client

A £150m turnover business in the built environment—has promoted their Senior QS. They're not replacing that role. They're adding to it. Which means you'd be stepping into a team where the structure already works, the client relationships are solid, and there's genuine headroom above you. You'd run your own fit-out projects from day one, but you wouldn't be drowning in firefighting.

Five years' minimum fit-out QS experience. Ability to run projects independently. That's it.
