Salesforce Developer

Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading real estate organisation to recruit a Salesforce Developer on a contract basis - onsite required - London based - outside IR35

Role

• An experienced Salesforce Developer that can support the design, development, and optimisation of their Salesforce platform.
• The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other technologies.
• Customise standard and custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of development activities and solutions.

Profile

• The Salesforce Developer will have proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (minimum 3-5 years).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
