The Chant Group are specialists in both residential and corporate lettings. We are a young company growing fast and looking for a dynamic, driven, and motivated individual to join our exciting lettings department, ideally with 6-12 months of experience (although not essential) working within the lettings industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Consultant located in London. The Lettings Consultant will be responsible for managing high-value properties and providing top-class customer service. The role involves working with a diverse portfolio of properties, liaising with prospective tenants, conducting viewings and closing deals, liaising with Property Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing end-to-end tenancy processes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for property, knowledge of the London rental market, and a desire to continuously learn and develop
£55,000 - £70,000 OTE
