Become part of our team and develop Motel One with us.Job DescriptionThanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:

• Providing a seamless, rapid service
• Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
• Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
• Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
• Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and compliant workspace, whilst maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area.
  QualificationsWhether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
• Be open and communicative
• Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations.
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together
• Brings a positive energy and professionalism.
