- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, present business value, and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
- Foster long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance, collaborating with the executive team on forecasts and strategy.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor movements, and client needs to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or customer success experience in the pharmaceutical, medtech, health tech, or clinical trials industry.
- Proven experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
- Understanding of clinical trials and the life sciences landscape.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident working with CRMs, sales tools, and cloud-based systems (e.g., Google Suite, Apple).
- Degree in Business, STEM, Communications, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
What’s Offered
- Meaningful work contributing to faster, more successful clinical research.
- Close-knit, cross-functional team with direct access to company leadership.
- Flexible, remote-first work environment.
- Competitive salary plus performance-based commission.
- 28 days of annual leave (including statutory holidays).
- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
Additional Benefits
- Company pension scheme
- Sick pay
- Work-from-home flexibility
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Hybrid remote work based in London N1
If you are passionate about med tech, eager to make an impact, and ready to grow with an innovative team, we encourage you to apply.
We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where every team member is empowered to do their best work. We welcome applications from all perspectives, identities, and backgrounds.
