New Graduate -Customer Relations Agent
Hello. We’re Teya.
Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.
They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.
Teya exists to change that.
We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.
We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.
If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you
Your Mission
Small businesses are the backbone of every high street, every market, every neighbourhood. At Teya, we exist to give them a fighting chance — and you'll be right at the front line of that mission.
As a Customer Relations Agent, you won't just be answering calls. You'll be the person a stressed café owner turns to when their card reader goes down on a Saturday morning. The reassuring voice that turns a frustrated merchant into a loyal one. The eyes and ears that help Teya get better, every single day.
We're growing fast across Europe, and we're looking for a sharp, empathetic graduate who's ready to hit the ground running, make a real impact from day one, and build a career in one of the most exciting fintechs on the continent.
What You'll Do
Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for Teya merchants across phone, email, and live chat
Resolve queries quickly and professionally — from simple FAQs to trickier escalations
Guide merchants through Teya's products and features so they get the most out of what we offer
Keep our CRM accurate and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks
Hit quality and productivity targets while always keeping the customer experience front of mind
Spot patterns in recurring issues and flag them to the team — your insights genuinely shape how we improve
What We're Looking For
No prior experience required — we'll train you. What matters most is the right mindset.
A natural communicator who enjoys helping people and staying calm under pressure
Comfortable picking up new tech quickly (we'll show you the ropes, but a head start always helps)
Organised and detail-oriented — you take pride in getting things right
A problem-solver at heart, able to think on your feet and follow clear processes
Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service
A team player who's as happy supporting a colleague as they are owning their own work
What You'll Get
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
A clear career progression ladder with real growth opportunities — we promote from within
Physical and mental wellbeing support via GymPass , 1-1 therapy, meditation, and digital fitness and nutrition apps
Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
Private Medical Insurance and Life Insurance
Pension Scheme
Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
