Funds Associate (1–3 PQE)
We are seeking a Funds Associate (1–3 PQE) to join a high-performing US firm offering early client contact, cross-border deal flow, and a fast track to meaningful responsibility. What you’ll be doing
- Advising on private capital fundraisings and institutional investments.
- Taking ownership of fund reviews and secondary transactions.
- Gaining hands-on exposure to regulatory and tax alongside core transactional work.
- Working closely with partners and global clients from day one.
About you
- 1–3 PQE from a City, Silver Circle, or leading international firm.
- Experience in funds is ideal - but corporate M&A lawyers keen to pivot into funds may also be considered.
- Strong legal analysis, commercial judgement, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
