Recruitment Consultant at LMRE
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside a team of experienced recruiters who are specialists in different industries. You'll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, developing a deep understanding of our niche sectors, and contributing to our mission of connecting top talent with innovative companies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation
- Provide talent insights to clients and act as an expert in the market
- Identify new business opportunities within the built environment and negotiate terms with new clients
- Take part in business trips, panels and webinars to grow your network
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends to build market knowledge and credibility
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, including in-person meetings where possible
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to company growth
- Maintain accurate records of all client and candidate interactions in our CRM system
Required skills and experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing role
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
- Knowledge of Business Development and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
