Opening Date: 11th December 2025 (pre-opening training begins 10th November 2025)
Salary: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time positions available What you’ll do :
- Craft and serve drinks with flair: from the signature pint of Guinness to cocktails, premium lagers, session IPAs, low-alcohol options and more.
- Deliver outstanding guest service: greet guests warmly, share knowledge about our beers and beverages, make recommendations, and create memorable experiences.
- Work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Collaborate with bar and venue teams to keep stock levels, set up and close down bar shifts, and ensure the bar area reflects the premium branding of Guinness.
- Participate in training and development: join our team building phase ahead of our official opening, including induction in Guinness culture and hospitality excellence.
- Warm, enthusiastic and outgoing - you genuinely enjoy engaging with guests and creating a friendly, inclusive bar atmosphere.
- Experienced behind a bar (ideally 1-2 years or more) with confidence in pouring beer, making cocktails and handling a busy service.
- Passionate about craft beer, brewing heritage or hospitality - you’ll want to learn about our range and share that interest with guests.
- Calm under pressure, organised and attentive to detail — you understand that for premium venues, consistency and presentation matter.
- A team player who’s happy to pitch in, cover shifts and adapt as this major venue gears up for launch.
