Process Transformation Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
The team you'll be working with:
As a Process Transformation Architect, you will own the operational transformation layer of our client engagements. You'll diagnose inefficiencies, define AI-native workflow improvements, and embed automation at the heart of everyday business operations. This role is central to delivering measurable performance gains and aligning technology with business priorities.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyse and map current-state BPS workflows across domains like Lending, Claims, or KYC
- Redesign processes with a focus on automation, AI agent integration, and digitisation
- Define and track performance metrics such as cycle time, FTE impact, and ROI
- Collaborate closely with tech teams to prototype and iterate solutions
- Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption across operations teams
What experience you'll bring:
- 8+ years in BPS process re-engineering or delivery roles
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Strong business process modelling skills (e.g. BPMN, Visio)
- Experience implementing automation or AI workflows in shared services or delivery environments
