Total Rewards Partner
A new opportunity has arisen for a total rewards partner to join this multi-brand retailer on a temporary basis. The company is well-established within its field and has global recognition. Your responsibilities will include managing the compensation and benefits strategy for the business, ensuring that all programmes align with national and international regulation, and maintaining accurate records for rewards-related activities. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar total rewards role, ideally within the retail sector, as well as strong communication skills. As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.
