Compliance Analyst - Real Estate - London (4 day a week) - Up to £50,000

Are you an experienced Compliance Analyst looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading UK property and investment organisation, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable places and fostering a collaborative, people-focused culture.
Working within a central Governance function, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s anti-financial crime framework, conducting risk assessments, and supporting compliance activity across the business. You will report into a senior governance leader and work closely with teams across the organisation.

Your new role
  • Conducting third-party screening, including sanctions checks, PEP identification and adverse media monitoring.
  • Investigating potential discrepancies arising from screening reports.
  • Performing customer due diligence and onboarding checks.
  • Completing customer and transaction risk assessments.
  • Supporting compliance activity across Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.
  • Contributing to the wider Governance team and acting as a trusted partner to business stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience working in a compliance function within a large or complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of anti-financial crime regulation, particularly AML.
  • Hands-on experience performing customer and transaction risk assessments.
  • Proven expertise in customer due diligence.
  • Ability to analyse complex scenarios and provide pragmatic, high-quality guidance.
  • Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders unfamiliar with compliance processes.
  • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
