About the Role
We're looking for a professional and personable Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

Beaufort Park, London NW9 5EN

Working Pattern

4 on 4 off rolling rota – 7 AM to 7 PM

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests
  • Weekly lift checks
  • Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy
  • Issuing and logging keys responsibly
  • Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues
  • Responding to all emails and phone calls that come in to the concierge desk

What We're Looking For

  • Front of House or concierge experience in residential developments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure in high volume fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Able to use initiative and prioritise workload
  • Confident handling complaints and difficult situations
