Senior Brand Manager - UK Lifestyle startup
Are you ready to make a significant impact on a thriving UK lifestyle brand? We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who has been a pivotal part of scaling a UK lifestyle brand from £3m–£4m in revenue to the tens of millions.
Our client is on a mission to eliminate single-use gas cylinders and revolutionise the delivery, refilling, and reuse of carbon dioxide across the UK.
Their vision is to be the leading supplier for both households and businesses using sparkling water systems, supported by strong brand recognition and a world-class refill program.
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will transform the brand identity into one that resonates deeply with consumers and partners. Your focus will not be on growth at all costs, but on creative and strategic brand building for long-term success. Collaborating closely with the branding agency, you will activate and evolve the brand's identity through compelling campaigns, digital storytelling, partnerships, merchandise, events, and outdoor activations.
Initially, you will take a hands-on approach, supported by the team and your network of stakeholders. As the business grows, you will help build and shape a small in-house Marketing team, empowering the brand to expand the marketing function with your leadership.
What you'll do:
- Lead and deliver the UK marketing strategy with an emphasis on sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the branding agency to enhance the brand's identity across all channels.
- Develop and execute innovative campaigns, both online and offline.
- Drive consumer loyalty and business credibility with partners.
- Oversee all online activities, ensuring a brand-first approach in content, CRM, SEO, and social media.
- Manage marketing budgets and external partnerships to achieve impactful results.
- Lay the groundwork for a future marketing team, with junior hires as the business expands.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in scaling a UK lifestyle.
- First-hand experience in a high-growth business environment.
- Extensive marketing network for immediate activation.
- Hands-on with the ability to lead strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience in D2C and B2B marketing, with exposure to subscriptions and hospitality/commercial sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on budgets, ROI, and growth-driven marketing.
- Highly driven, ready to take ownership, with a desire to leave a lasting legacy.

💸 Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 DOE
