ABOUT THE ROLE

Daylesford Organic—an award-winning pioneer in sustainable farming and one of the UK’s most celebrated organic estates—is seeking passionate and engaging Retail Team Members to join our Notting Hill team.

Salary: £12.64 + Tronc
Hours: Full-time, 24 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver outstanding customer service, offering product knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and a warm, welcoming experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring retail environment, ensuring all areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Replenish stock and manage inventory with attention to product quality, rotation, and availability.
• Operate tills with accuracy and professionalism, handling payments, returns, and exchanges confidently.
• Support merchandising initiatives, contributing to compelling product displays, seasonal features, and promotional activity.
• Champion our purpose by driving meaningful social and environmental progress, supporting our B Corp commitments and sustainability goals.
• Inspire customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, helping create a lasting positive impact.
