Art & Design ECT role | Enfield Secondary School

This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is an excellent opportunity for a creative teacher to join a successful department. Responsibilities

• Teach engaging Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a passionate practitioner

• Engage with a tailored ECT induction programme that focuses on classroom excellence

• Support students in achieving academic excellence through tailored creative methods

• Collaborate with a department of specialist teachers to maintain high standards

• Participate in professional development sessions designed specifically for ECTs

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Fine Art, Design, or a related discipline

• PGCE or QTS (achieved or pending)

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
