Senior Consultant
Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid)
In-office days: Monday, Thursday & Friday
Salary: Circa £80,000 + per annum subject to experience
Addin365 is a Microsoft 365 consultancy focused on delivering modern digital workplace solutions that drive real outcomes — better collaboration, smarter content experiences, and measurable adoption uplift. In this role, you’ll work with enterprise customers to design and deliver solutions aligned to Microsoft and Addin365 best practices, building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality work that makes a difference.
The Role (What you’ll be doing)
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead delivery across customer engagements—balancing strong technical delivery with excellent consulting skills. You’ll be trusted to work independently, lead customer conversations, and bring clarity, structure, and best practice to every engagement.
Deliver Addin365 services to a high quality and within commercial expectations
Maintain strong product knowledge and articulate Addin365’s offering confidently
Provide accurate estimations and deliver work that’s scheduled/committed
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and delivery confidence
Implement solutions aligned to Addin365 and Microsoft best practices
Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery meets customer expectations
Lead customer teams with guidance on best practice, and proactively ask for internal support
Share feedback and improvement ideas to help us continually raise the bar
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on Microsoft 365 delivery with a strong consulting approach: clear communication, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
You'll likely have
Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions (especially SharePoint, Teams, intranet/collaboration patterns)
Strong consulting skills: discovery, estimation, documentation, and guiding customers to best practice
Confidence working independently and leading customer conversations
A quality mindset: you care about doing things properly and improving how we deliver
Minimum 7yrs+ previous consulting experience
If you love delivering modern Microsoft 365 solutions that genuinely help people work better — and you want to do it in a team that values quality delivery, customer outcomes, and continual improvement — we’d love to hear from you.
We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Only candidates who already have the right to work in the UK should apply. Thank you.
