Client Accountant - Property
- Prepare and manage client property portfolios with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and correct submission of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and queries.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
- Manage client relationships, offering professional advice and support when required.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.
