Creative Assistant
Deborah Ray is looking for a detail-oriented, creatively driven Creative Assistant to support the business's creative and operational needs for 6 months in London.
Supporting both the digital and physical aspects of our brand, this multifaceted position involves project support, social media coordination and administrative organisation – blending visual storytelling, production assistance, and operational organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Assist with planning projects and campaigns.
- Maintain schedules and key deliverables.
- Liaise with suppliers and production partners.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
- Support ideation and creation of refined, timeless brand content.
- Assist with photoshoots, videos, and behind-the-scenes capture.
- Contribute to styling, lookbooks, and mood boards.
- Draft, edit, and schedule posts across social platforms.
- Track analytics to support content improvements.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage emails, scheduling, digital files and day-to-day admin tasks.
- Assist with order processing, inventory updates, and customer queries.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and creative materials.
Manufacturing & Production Assistance:
- Support production preparation, packaging, and quality control.
- Assist with garment checks, measurements, and finishing tasks
Profile
Required:
- Strong Interest or experience in fashion, content creation, or creative industries.
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a refined visual eye.
- Ability to create or support photo/video content.
- Understanding of social media platforms and relevant trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with admin and operational tasks.
- Thrives in a hands-on creative environment
- Passionate about contributing to a brand with strong values and a clear mission.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing brand environment.
- Passionate about slow fashion, craftsmanship, and sustainable principles.
